Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions that arrive in our inbox every week. Concrete terms are confirmed project by project, but the process and the standards look like this.
What is your minimum order quantity for private label aerosol?
Most private label programs start at 1,000 cans per SKU per colour. Mixed-SKU orders and full container loads are quoted individually, so a trial order with a mixed colour palette is possible.
Can I get samples before placing a production order?
Yes. Tell us the SKU, the market you are selling into and what you need to test — we will confirm the sample arrangement, cost and timing for your case in writing before anything ships.
How long does production take after I confirm the order?
Standard production is about 20 days from confirmed order with approved artwork and sample to goods ready for shipment. Transit time is quoted separately and depends on the destination port and sailing schedule.
Can you produce aerosols under my own brand?
Yes — OEM and private label are our main business. Your brand goes on the can, the carton and the export documents, and your label artwork, colour reference and can size are locked at the sampling stage.
Can you match a specific colour or a competitor's product?
Colours are matched in-house against RAL or Pantone references, and we can also work from a physical sample you send us. The match is approved on a sprayed sample before production starts.
What documentation do you supply with a shipment?
SDS/TDS are prepared per SKU, and each shipment is documented for Class 2.1 dangerous goods transport. Facility certifications and product test reports are available on request — tell us what your customs broker or distributor needs and we will confirm what we can provide.
Are your products REACH and RoHS compliant for the EU?
Our formulations are developed for the EU market with REACH and RoHS in mind, and the facility holds ISO 9001:2015. Compliance documents and SDS in the languages you need are prepared per SKU rather than issued as generic certificates.
How are aerosol cans packed for export?
Standard packing is 12 cans per case on pallets. Cartons, trays and shrink wrap are made to your artwork, and the packaging is UN 1950 certified for aerosol transport.
Which markets do you ship to?
We regularly supply Europe, North America, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, the Middle East and South Africa, and we quote worldwide through our forwarder. Destination port and local registration rules are what shape the shipping plan.
Can you develop a formulation that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. Send the performance you need — colour, dry film properties, substrate, temperature or chemical resistance — and we will develop and sample a formulation for your market instead of pushing the closest catalogue item.
