OEM・プライベートブランド対応条件
多くのプライベートブランド案件は、SKU ごと・色ごとに 1,000 缶 から始まります。混載 SKU やコンテナ単位のご注文は個別にお見積りしますので、配色を分けた試作発注も可能です。
標準の生産リードタイムは、注文確定およびサンプル承認から出荷可能な状態まで約20日 です。その後の輸送日数は仕向港と船便スケジュールにより異なるため、お客様または当社のフォワーダーが別途お見積りします。
標準梱包は1ケース12缶、パレット積みです。カートンやトレー、シュリンクはお客様のデザインデータに合わせて製作します。
缶・カートン・輸出書類すべてに御社ブランドを表示。ラベルデザイン、色番、缶サイズはサンプル段階で確定します。
エアゾールはクラス2.1の危険物です。書類は製品の一部であり、コンテナを待たせる最後の工程ではなく、SKU ごと・出荷ごとに準備します。

工場の認証書類および製品試験報告書はご請求に応じて提供します。SDS/TDS は SKU ごとに作成します。
