4세대 이액형 에어로졸 캔 — 캔을 돌려 A와 B를 혼합
경화제를 사용 직전까지 로터리컷 방식 내부 파우치에 밀봉해 두는 4세대 이액형(2K) 에어로졸 캔입니다. 캔을 시계 방향으로 돌려 파우치를 열고 흔들면 A와 B 성분이 캔 안에서 혼합됩니다. 두 번째 캔도, 계량도, 수작업 혼합도 필요 없습니다. 음각(오목) 바닥은 반응형 2K 시스템의 높은 내압에 맞춰 설계되었고, 표준 밸브와 딥튜브로 일반 충전 라인에서 생산할 수 있습니다. OEM 및 자체 브랜드 프로그램을 위해 중산 자체 공장에서 제조·충전합니다.

대부분의 자사 브랜드 프로젝트는 SKU·색상당 1,000 캔부터 시작합니다. 혼합 SKU와 컨테이너 단위 주문은 개별 견적하므로, 여러 색상을 섞은 소량 시험 주문도 가능합니다.
표준 생산 리드타임은 주문 확정과 샘플 승인 후 출하 가능 상태까지 약 20일입니다. 이후 운송 기간은 목적 항구와 선적 일정에 따라 달라지며, 귀사 또는 저희 포워더가 별도로 견적합니다.
표준 포장은 케이스당 12캔, 팔레트 적재입니다. 카톤, 트레이, 수축 필름은 귀사의 시안에 맞춰 제작합니다.
캔, 카톤, 수출 서류 모두에 귀사 브랜드를 표기합니다. 라벨 시안, 색상 기준, 캔 규격은 샘플 단계에서 확정합니다.
에어로졸은 Class 2.1 위험물입니다. 서류는 제품의 일부이므로 컨테이너를 기다리는 마지막 단계가 아니라 SKU별·선적별로 미리 작성합니다.
